Very happy to find this rental provider! Good prices, no hidden fees or confusing processes. The car pickup/return was smooth and only took 5 minutes. The car itself was not the newest, although, took us to the steepest mountains of Madeira with no major issues, the owner is very friendly, even offered us a ride to the bus station afterwards. Rented a car in Machico for 3 days and it went seamlessly. Handover was fast, no pushy upselling, you paid what you saw online. The car was not new but sound and took us up all the steep and narrow streets we wanted to go. I recommend to book online as the shop was usually closed when we walked by. Would definetly rent here again! :).
